Training
In order to utilise your new telephone system and to make sure your staff understand how to maximise its impact on the business, our training department offers comprehensive pre and post installation training to all members of staff. This can be tailored to those areas of specific prority to your business or an overview of the system's capabilities.
The training sessions can be carried out on site or at our office in Keynsham prior to the new system being installed.
To complete the training circle our staff are on hand to answer any questions or queries that may arise throughout the system's life.
Should new members of staff join then again we are on hand to give one to one training to familiarise them with the telephone system. This is all part of the package to support you and your staff. |
