 As a Samsung Business Communication Solus Dealership we are required to meet minimum maintenance criterion, which is exceeded by Protel Communications Ltd. As well as a large maintenance spares holding, we have access to the Samsung Technical Support Centre for those rare occasions when additional advice and information is required.
Our maintenance packages offer response times designed to give you the service level you require.
The maintenance help desk is available during normal working hours and we will be more than happy to talk you through any procedure or arrange to visit you on site.
Where applicable, we can provide remote diagnostics and are able to solve many problems off site.
